Tammie A. Wanjura

 Tammie serves as Regional Supervisor for J. Allen Management Co., Inc. and has been a dedicated member of the team for more than 15 years. Over that time, she has developed a strong reputation for operational consistency, compliance oversight, and effective problem resolution across a wide range of communities.

Tammie specializes in Tax Credit compliance, Section 8 operations, customer service, and resolving complex property-level challenges. She oversees a diverse portfolio of multifamily and senior housing communities across multiple markets, providing hands-on leadership and support to ensure each property operates efficiently and in full compliance.

In her role, Tammie is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of property operations, including ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations such as TDHCA, TSAHC, and HUD requirements. She plays a key role in preparing communities for inspections and reviews, including HUD, UPCS, NSPIRE, and REAC, as well as management and compliance audits. Her responsibilities also include monitoring occupancy standards, developing and managing annual budgets, and maintaining strong operational controls across her portfolio.

Tammie holds several industry certifications, including Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), Housing Tax Credit Specialist, Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), and UPCS certification, along with NSPIRE certification. Her experience, attention to detail, and long-standing commitment to excellence make her a vital part of J. Allen Management’s leadership team.
