Lee Ann Rodgers

 Lee Ann Rodgers serves as Compliance Director for J. Allen Management Co., Inc., bringing more than 30 years of experience in multifamily compliance and operations management. She is a key leader within the organization, providing oversight and guidance to both corporate and on-site teams to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory standards across the portfolio.

Lee Ann specializes in complex affordable housing programs, including Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, Tax-Exempt Bond financing, and Section 8 compliance. Her deep understanding of these programs allows her to effectively navigate evolving regulations while maintaining operational efficiency and accountability.

In her role, Lee Ann is responsible for ensuring that all properties meet internal policies as well as state and federal regulatory requirements. She plays a critical role in implementing new regulations, refining existing policies, and proactively identifying potential compliance risks before they impact operations. Her work helps safeguard the integrity and performance of the company’s assets.

She has worked closely with key regulatory and financial institutions, including TDHCA, TSAHC, and Fannie Mae, as well as various lenders, strengthening J. Allen Management’s reputation for compliance excellence. Under her leadership, properties have consistently achieved strong results in audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.

Lee Ann holds multiple nationally recognized certifications, including Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP), Housing Tax Credit Specialist, Certified Professional of Occupancy, UPCS Certification, and Certified Occupancy Specialist. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership in compliance make her an essential part of J. Allen Management’s continued success in affordable housing.
