  Iesha Laird serves as Regional Manager for J. Allen Management Co., Inc.’s Housing Authority of Houston (HHA) developments, bringing more than 13 years of combined experience in multifamily property management and public housing operations. Her background reflects a strong balance of operational oversight, compliance expertise, and hands-on team support.

Iesha holds several industry certifications, including Certified Manager of Housing (NCHM), Tax Credit Specialist (NCHM), and NSPIRE Certification through Nan McKay, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of affordable housing regulations and performance standards.

Throughout her career, Iesha has supported and overseen operations across large and diverse multifamily portfolios, gaining experience across a wide range of community types and operational challenges throughout the Houston, Beaumont, and Orange, Texas regions. This breadth of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on property performance, compliance, and resident needs.

In her role, Iesha is responsible for daily communication and operational coordination across J. Allen Management’s HHA communities. She provides administrative supervision of teams and supports key areas including property rehabilitation projects, accounting and collections, resident relations and conflict resolution, employee training, corporate auditing, and data management.

Known for her strong organizational skills and team-oriented approach, Iesha plays a critical role in maintaining efficient operations and consistent performance across the portfolio. Her commitment to teamwork and service, combined with her attention to detail and compliance, makes her an essential part of J. Allen Management’s continued success in affordable housing.
